T-Ball Champions

It’s always a blast to go visit my nephews down south. They are very active little boys who play almost every sport possible. We had the privlage of attending their Champion Chip T-Ball game. Although, the teams don’t keep score the coachs still like to reward the players with t-ball trophies at the end of the last season game.

It was great to see each child walk up and received their award with pride. Each t-ball trohpy displayed their name, year, and team name. It was easy to tell the engravment of their name was what they were proud of most.

It’s great to think back on all the victories my two young nephews have accoplished. I know they will be very sucessfull people because of the pride they show now. It’s great to be a part in their growing achivments.

Martin Memorial Day 2010 – Yard Game Trophies

This year is going to be an amazing memorial day. My family is coming in from out of town and spending the whole weekend at my lake house. It has been years since we have all been able to set our busy schedules aside and have some fun together.

Our Martin Family Memorial Day is going to consist of playing cornhole, horseshoe (for the old Folk), washer toss, and some ladder golf tournaments.

The best part of the weekend is the terrific yard game trophies I was able to find. I personalized them with an engraving saying Martin Memorial Day Bash and the sport Below it.

The champions are going to enjoy receiving a cornhole trophy, washer toss trophy, horseshoe trophy, and/or a ladder gold trophy.

Lawn Darts Club

Although the game of Lawn Darts is rather old and out dated my family and I still play regularly. We make sure to play the newer and safer version as well so no one goes home hurt.

This game seams the oldest amongst many of the yard toss games. The fun and exciting thing about the game of lawn darts is amounts of skill it take to through these huge weighted darts. Each member of my family has their own unique throwing method and each one seams to get the job done.

My older brothers have nick names for their many unique styles, while to me they all seam the same. The reason behind these many different styles is the different versions of lawn darts we play. The two games we most commonly complete in are traditional Lawn Darts, and the Handly Cup Style Lawn Darts.

We have many rounds of each game and always determine a champion of each at the end of out family outing. It’s always fun to win because my mom goes all out and purchases a lawn dart trophies for the winning teams.

Everyone appreciates all the fun and enthusiasm that goes into the lawn dart trophies . It is especially great to win a trophy because you are reminded of such great memories every time you look at it. I highly recommend this great game for all family outings!
